26 Mar Who is Hanna JAFF?
Hanna Jaff is the Deputy Secretary of Immigrants in the Institutional Revolutionary Party in Mexico. She was born in 1986 in California, USA to a Mexican mother and a Kurdish father. She then relocated to Mexico from an early age and was raised there. She holds a BA degree in Psychology from National University in California, MA degree in International Relations from Harvard University, and was awarded two honorary doctorates from the American Cultural Institute and Universidad Analítica Constructivista de Mexico.
In 2013 she founded the Jaff Foundation for Education. In 2016 she received the medal of Academic Excellence from the World University Committee and in the same year Alto Nivel Magazine and Entrepreneur Magazine named her as one of the 30 successful Mexicans under the age of 30. She is also a regular speaker on topics of women and youth in international conferences.
Hanna Jaff’s great grandmother is Adela Khanm the ruler of Halabja and her great great grandfather is Mohammed Pasha Jaff the supreme ruler of the Jaff tribe.
